Granted, I am a make-up idiot and no fashion deva by ANY means *grin*, but… just today I’ve seen a LOT of women using dark lipliner with lighter lipstick so that the lips are OBVIOUSLY outlined and… well… you know that “chocolate at the edges of the lips” thing you get with chocolate ice cream? Enough said.
