Been a really bizarre day. First, a huge Live Oak tree in the grove behind our house just falls over. I think it was probably on its way out anyway, but it looks like the ground just softened up too much with the recent rain and the whole thing just tipped over. It missed our fence but it’s laying across a well-worn cow path now. Then, I found a desert wasp dead in a puddle. Then I checked the weather online and instead of a little icon for sun, clouds, or rain, there’s a weird shaped cloud with rain and the words “funnel cloud” underneath it. Huh?
