Everytime there’s significant solar flare activity we get a big rain storm here. No kidding – I love it! Online weather is predicting rain and showers for the next five days. Sure it’s the ‘rainy season’ in California, but I’ve never actually seen that forecast here before – not including the 1998 El Nino year of course. Rain good. Green good.

And pretty soon our stream will be running in full. John found it upstream a few days ago – a trickle blocked from coming any further by a clump of rocks and such – we are hoping that a nice rush of water will push itself through and start things a’flowin’ soon – signs are looking good!
