Hey tom, what about setting up a webmail account and getting your pop mail from there? I know you have already thought of that, but it might be easier than trying to set up pop mail when you’re moving around so much. 🙂 “Yeah, but webmail is so annoying…” True… LOL – see – you don’t even have to be involved here – I’ll just have a conversation with myself. “No you won’t.” Oh yes I… *grin*

So, Albus Dumbledore is my new role model. Is that so terrible? *grin*

Just a small rant about the idea that we should be egoless and unified and one without a trace of individuation – POPPYCOCK! If that was the ideal, we wouldn’t all be in separate bodies to begin with! In my opinion, the ideal is to integrate the ego, or individual perspective, with the idea of connectiveness and an expanded perspective, while retaining the integrity of BOTH. Being grounded with expanded consciousness. Yeah. It’s very spiritual to be spiritual, but people with egos have more fun. (LOL – should make that into a bumpersticker.) Your inner being doesn’t give one whit whether you have toast or a muffin for breakfast, but your ego sure has a preference – that’s part of the fun of life in physical reality!

The image to the left is a section of the mural painted in the foyer of my friend Patsy’s house, that I visited while I was in Seattle. (all rights reserved, etc. – painted by her neighbor and friend Terry, dang if I can remember his last name!) The whole thing is really beautiful and has a lot of metaphysical meanings tied into each part. I couldn’t really get a good photo of each wall, so I just took shots of a few parts – this piece came out the best. In the back, people are naked and as they come into the shot, they are clothed – it’s supposed to represent (if I can remember this correctly) the technological and idea revolution, consciousness and freedom… The interesting thing is that you don’t expect this kind of mural in the walls of a ‘normalish’ house in the suburbs of Kent, WA – it’s like finding a creamy center in a cupcake you thought was just solid cake. *grin*

Wow. It’s April, and yesterday it was showering and today it’s actually RAINING quite nicely! See, for those of you NOT accustomed to Central California weather, this is a real treat! It sounds so nice when it hits the roof. This morning, I was laying in bed half awake, and when the rain came down harder, I suddenly had this image in my head of a daisy bush growing huge with tons of daisies blossoming all over it. 🙂
