I took this photo of a classic rose that blossomed on a new rose bush that we have next to our turtle pond. (Technically, the rose bush is IN the turtle pen area too, but that’s just to stop the local squirrels from eating it – they seem to have a thing for red flowers for some reason, usually chew them off at the stem and then just leave them there.
