What I’ve learned this evening – never get off the internet to answer a phone call from an unknown source or you’ll end up either taking a really boring survey for 25 minutes or being really bored while someone ELSE takes a survey and you can’t finish what YOU were doing online. Not that that’s what happened to ME – heh.
