Unconscious, Self-Righteous Collusion. It’s not just the words, it’s the snotty feel behind the words, trying to derail anything that seems like it might conflict with their rigid view of HOW THINGS ARE, by trying to diminish the person stupid enough to suggest such silly things in the first place. The colluder takes their self-righteousness from their seeming agreement with ‘mass reality’ as if nudging friends next to them so they can all point and laugh. But think about it – what kind of discernment does a person have that agrees with ‘mass reality’ and what sort of pride IS that? A fearful group mentality bent on protection instead of expansion. There may be bright sparks of light now and again, and fascination with them, but it’s from the vantage point of hiding in the shadows.
