Tom and I made professional grade cinnamon rolls the other day. As a base, we used a recipe for Hawaiian Sweet Bread, and then did them up like cinnamon rolls with the rolling and the sugar and butter and cinnamon. They came out of the oven looking just perfect, and then we added the icing and Wah-Lah! Not bad for an experiment – having never made Hawaiian Sweet Bread OR Homemade Cinnamon Rolls before. You know that feeling of satisfaction you get when something you make comes out even better than you thought it would? Well… THAT. *grin*
