And here I was, folding and crimping all of that dough by hand! *grin* John and I ran across a Jumbo Calzone Maker today at Dorothy McNett’s Place. Such a cool store – if you want to order online cookware or gourmet items, this is the place to go! (Or if you happen to be in Hollister, CA, but what are the odds? LOL) They also say it can be used as a dumpling maker, but those would be MONSTER dumplings! Yikes! (The site also has a terrific selection of online recipes to browse through, should you need a little culinary inspiration.)
