I made the world’s best lasagna for dinner yesterday – you know when you really wish you could eat more because it tastes SO good? heh heh. 😉

This morning, the “neighbors” decided that it was a good idea to drive an 18-wheeler flatbed down our road at 7:30, and unload a large piece of construction equipment, and then leave it running for 15 minutes while they left and came back. Nothing like our dogs barking like crazy and the smell of diesel filling the air to wake you up to a brand new day! (mutter, mutter, mutter)… and yet somehow tom slept through it all – I am in awe of his seemingly innate ability to ignore that which does not interest him, even when he’s asleep – LOL.
