Everytime there’s significant solar flare activity we get a big rain storm here. No kidding – I love it! Online weather is predicting rain and showers for the next five days. Sure it’s the ‘rainy season’ in California, but I’ve never actually seen that forecast here before – not including the 1998 El Nino year of course. Rain good. Green good.

And pretty soon our stream will be running in full. John found it upstream a few days ago – a trickle blocked from coming any further by a clump of rocks and such – we are hoping that a nice rush of water will push itself through and start things a’flowin’ soon – signs are looking good!

Thoughts are like clothes. Just as you don’t confuse your identity with your shirt, don’t confuse who you are with the thoughts you might choose to think in any moment. Sick of something? Then choose a different thought about that something. Try it on for a while – if you like it, take it home. If it’s not an exact fit, put it back on the rack, smile politely at the salesperson and offer a nice, “Still looking, thanks”. If you find yourself trying to fit into a thought that’s just NOT your size, you’ll feel cranky and annoyed – that’s a red flag. Don’t believe any experts or officials who tell you that there just aren’t any thoughts/beliefs like you want (they don’t know everything, despite the rumours) and don’t accept anything less than exactly the thought that feels perfect. In other words – believe in yourself and don’t get distracted or settle. 🙂

Poor Blogger was hacked yesterday and Ev, who was in Iowa visiting family for the holidays, had to spend the entire day at a Kinko’s to use their high-speed internet connection to fix it. I guess the most I can say is “Thanks, Ev!”

Being all ‘holiday’ish over here… been working on a little flash animation greeting card for everyone for the holidays – will post a link here when it is in final form! Also, yesterday we made butter cookies – nothing says Christmas like shooting dough through a caulk gun – LOL!
