Found an interesting new blog today, The Making of a Restaurant, just what the title says it is. There are also some fun polls in the right column. John and I have talked about how cool it would be to open our own restaurant, perhaps we’ve found some probable selves here to help us read up on it! *grin*

Yesterday I decided that I was just going to be happy, period. That my moods were NOT going to be dictated by external factors, particularly what seemed or seemed NOT to be happening. It was a good decision. 😉

I’ve been blogging, but blogger hasn’t been publishing. Wish me luck as I move the mouse over to the “post and publish” button….

Occasionally when we’re driving into town we have to pull over to the road side and let the neighbors finish herding their cattle to another pasture down the road. It cracks John up when he gets to say, “Sorry, I was a few minutes late,” to his boss, “there was a cattle drive.” (Hell, I didn’t even know cows could GET licenses. *groan*)
