It’s the Blue Jays Five… now performing on our back deck, live! Yes, they’re a bit screechy, but they sure dress in style!

More Snow? Yup!
Although this is a panoramic photo (a combination of 4 shots) from the snow LAST week, we just got 12 inches of new snow last night (and still snowing), so it pretty much looks the same out there right now:
I thought the blue tinting gave it a cool mystical look. *grin*
Just click on the image if you want to see the big version, but be warned, the big image is almost a meg in size, so take that into consideration. The building to the right in the photo is our neighbor’s barn and the lump of snow to the left is the back end of my car. This shot is taken from about our front porch, looking out toward the road. Ahhh, winter.

Hungry Cardinal in the Snow
I caught this bright red cardinal lurking in the snowy branches of the evergreen on our porch, waiting for us to toss out some fresh seed.

Feathery Frost Frame Foto
Funny how amazing a dead leaf on a car window can look! It’s times like these when I’m really glad the dog needs to go outside early on cold, frosty mornings. (Other times, not so much – LOL.)
