I’ve started a new ‘series’ of photos – shots of flowers that are illuminated from behind/underneath, helped along by the discount flower bin at the grocery store. This particular flower is an ‘alstroemeria’ (thank you, google), and I got three kinds, but small daisies and mini carnations too. You can check out the entire gallery here if you want. I’m thinking that these flower shots would make an interesting calendar, for next year though, since it’s already almost February. (I’d create it through DeviantArt, not CafePress – CP is good for some things, but I wasn’t thrilled with their calendars.) That’ll give me plenty of time to take more photos and graphicalize ’em up real purty-like.
