And here I was, folding and crimping all of that dough by hand! *grin* John and I ran across a Jumbo Calzone Maker today at Dorothy McNett's Place. Such a cool store - if you want to order online cookware or gourmet items, this is the place to go! (Or if you happen to be in Hollister, CA, but what are the odds? LOL) They also say it can be used as a dumpling maker, but those would be MONSTER dumplings! Yikes! (The site also has a terrific selection of online recipes to browse through, should you need a little culinary inspiration.)

Uh, oh, gotta go - John's cutting a hole in the roof...... *grin*

Heh heh - been investigating places on the Oregon Coast (because of our goal to move to Astoria) and a friend gave me this link: Oregon's Coastal X-Files.... glowing sand, green flashes in the sunset, maybe a hidden military base or two, and did you know that drinking on most of Oregon's beaches is perfectly legal? Put that wine back in the picnic basket! *grin* Lots of fun other links at the bottom of the page too.

Here's another theory about the location of Atlantis, if you're so inclined. :-)

The war on terrorism could be likened, they said, to the war on drugs or poverty, and the best way to undermine and eventually dismantle the terrorist structures around the world was to use the method of “hearts and minds” — encouraging foreign governments and people to join in the “war” so that terrorists would be isolated and identified. ... because the War on Drugs has been so effective? Oh, just forget it. Let's talk about something else.

John and I are heading to the coast today - probably down to the Monterey Bay area - time to touch the ocean again. I probably won't take as many photos as I have in the past because I already have a BUNCH of 'ocean' photos - LOL - but I'll take the camera anyway. Ahhhh, cool breezes and misty shorelines, here we come! ;-)

Operation Infinite Justice - *snort* - someone's been working with a P.R. firm. *rolling eyes*

Egad - TWO days without posting! Well, I meant to post stuff yesterday, but I couldn't get to blogger and blogger couldn't have gotten to our host's servers anyway, what with that new virus and some of the internet routers acting up and all that. Weirdness. BTW, in an unrelated note, the definition of stress is when you think you SHOULD be doing something but you can't, but you don't stop thinking that you still SHOULD somehow. Stupid, yes? ;-)

On a frivelous note... we picked up some jewelry cleaner yesterday. I put my silver celtic knot with aquamarine ring in and pulled it out fifteen second later and WOW! I'd never cleaned jewelry before and the difference was amazing - SO sparkly and clear. So I had to dunk my clear crystal earrings in it too. Felt like a little kid wanting a lot of jewelry just so I can shine it all up. See, I'm the kind of person that actually has fun polishing the copper bottoms of pots and pans - I LOVE copper and shiny things - LOL.

It's official. I've decided that the word "evil" is simply an easy label that does absolutely NOTHING to help us understand things OR to take thought beyond where it has been. If you've used the word 'evil' to describe 9-11 events, try thinking about it not in terms of good and evil, but just in terms of belief systems. That's all I'm going to say about that.
