The Mystery Spot trip was fun. :-) On the one hand there really WAS a lot of energy there of some kind - you could feel it kinda pressing down on your head and making you a little dizzy or lightheaded. On the other hand, the tour guides (yes, it was a tour - you couldn't just investigate it on your own, which was a little disappointing, but oh well) have all of these little 'experiments' to involve the crowd and play with angular perception a lot. At one 'experiment' a ball actually felt a LOT heavier inside the perimeter of the mystery spot than outside - just a few feet of difference. (Since this experiment couldn't be as confused with optical illusions as the other ones, it seemed more "real" - LOL) All in all though, it was a fun day trip and the company was terrific.

Then, we went to Chili's for lunch after the tour. We asked the server for a pitcher of soda and they said they weren't allowed to do that. Next thing we know, they are plunking a pitcher down on the table, after we'd already dismissed it. Now THAT'S using 'the force'! LOL.
