On the one hand, Oregon has a law that let's you put your personal phone number on an official list of people who do NOT want to be called by telemarketers, which is cool. On the OTHER hand, it seems that you have to pay $10 a year to be 'subscribed' to this list and telemarketers also have to pay a fee to get the list, or if they 'accidentally' call someone on that list, get charged with breaking the law. Hmmmm....
