This morning I read something from a friend that mentioned a habit of New England drivers to tailgate until you let them by instead of just passing. This evening in the car I mentioned it to my mom who commented on how her brother does the same thing. He will come up behind you and flash his brights until you move, even if the lane next to him is empty. (I'm talking 4 lane highway here) I said I had never seen anyone do that in my three years of California driving, and no sooner do the words leave my mouth... I'm sure you can figure out what happened. That sort of thing happens to me so often now I am rarely surprised, sometimes I don't even notice.
